This rich, creamy coffee creamer is infused with real vanilla bean for a deep, aromatic flavor with beautiful flecks throughout. Smooth, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced, it elevates any cup of coffee into a cozy café-style drink.

Ingredients

• 2 cups whole milk
• 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
• 1 vanilla bean pod, split and scraped (cut into pieces)
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. In a saucepan, combine the milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla bean seeds, and the vanilla bean pod pieces.
2. Heat over medium-low for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture reaches a gentle simmer. Do not boil.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt. Whisk until smooth.
4. Cover and let steep for 20–30 minutes to deepen the vanilla flavor.
5. Strain out the vanilla bean pieces and transfer the creamer to a glass jar or container.
6. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
7. To use, add ¼–⅓ cup to coffee, warm if desired, froth, and enjoy!
