Iced Sugar Cookie Granola

This fun, bakery-inspired granola tastes just like a classic iced sugar cookie—sweet, buttery, and packed with vanilla flavor and sprinkles. Crunchy with golden clusters and a nostalgic flavor, it’s perfect for breakfast, snacking, or topping yogurt.

Ingredients

• 12 cups old-fashioned oats
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 cups sprinkles (your choice)
• 1½ cups butter, melted
• 3 cups brown sugar (or cane sugar)
• 1 cup maple syrup
• 4 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tsp butter extract

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a very large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.
3. Divide the granola between two large baking sheets with edges and spread into an even layer.
4. Bake for 30–40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden brown around the edges and fully cooked.
5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 30 minutes to help clusters form.
6. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
