This cozy, dessert-inspired coffee tastes just like a soft almond butter cookie in a cup. With warm notes of almond, rich butter flavor, and a touch of maple sweetness, it’s perfectly balanced with creamy milk and bold coffee for a comforting, café-style treat at home.

Ingredients

• ½ tsp almond extract
• ½ tsp butter extract (or 1 Tbsp butter)
• 2-3 Tbsp maple syrup
• Pinch of salt
• 2–3 Tbsp heavy cream (or ¼–⅓ cup milk of choice)
• Hot coffee or espresso

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients, except the coffee, to your cup.
2. Heat in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
3. Froth with a milk frother until well combined.
4. Pour in hot coffee or espresso.
