Homemade Hot Cocoa Mix

This rich and cozy hot cocoa mix is perfectly balanced with deep chocolate flavor and subtle vanilla sweetness. Smooth, comforting, and easy to customize, it’s perfect for chilly days, gifting, or keeping on hand for a quick, homemade treat.

Ingredients

• 1 cup cocoa powder (or ¾ cup for a lighter chocolate flavor)
• 1 cup vanilla infused sugar (see separate recipe)
• 1 tsp salt
• Optional: mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, crushed candy canes, or other mix-ins

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine cocoa powder, vanilla infused sugar, and salt.
2. Mix well until fully incorporated.
3. Transfer to an airtight jar or container.
4. To serve, add 2–3 tablespoons of mix to 10–12 oz warm milk of choice and stir until smooth.
