A smooth, sweet icing with a subtle hint of coffee that enhances the flavor without overpowering it. This dairy-free recipe is what makes it cottage law approved, while still giving you that rich, bakery-style finish on warm cinnamon rolls.

Ingredients

• 4 cups powdered sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• Pinch of sea salt
• 2 tablespoons hot brewed coffee
• 1 teaspoon butter extract
• 2–3 tablespoons water

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a bowl except the water.
2. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
3. Slowly add water, a little at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
4. Spread or drizzle over warm cinnamon rolls and enjoy!
